1. MetroTeller has two transaction modes: Menu Mode and Expert Mode. With Menu Mode, the automated teller leads you through various menus of transactions and other options. In Expert Mode, you must enter a service code to initiate a transaction. Use the version that works best for you; you can switch from one to the other at any time using the instructions provided in this guide.

2. To begin, enter your account number and access code followed by the # sign.

For example, account number 123456 with the access code 1234 would be entered 1234561234#.

3. Dollar amounts are entered without decimal points. For example, $317.75 would be entered 31775#.

4. Confirm or cancel each transaction. Enter 1# to confirm or 9# to cancel when prompted.

5. If you request a withdrawal, we will issue a check to the owner(s) of the account. Checks can only be mailed to the current address on file for that account.
