With MetroTeller, you can:

It's easy to use

MetroTeller is easy to use. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your Columbus Metro account number(s) and the Personal Access code you'll select when you fill out the application. You can also view and print the HTML or PDF versions of our handy MetroTeller Guide to help you use the system.

When you call, MetroTeller will guide you through a menu of transactions and other options. Before any transaction is finalized, the information you've entered will be repeated. If you've made a mistake, simply cancel the transaction and start again. Once you confirm that the information you've entered is correct, your transaction is recorded instantly. And all your MetroTeller withdrawals and transfers appear on your regular statement.

It's safe, too

When you use MetroTeller, the confidentiality of your account is protected at all times since only you know your Personal Access Code. All MetroTeller transactions and inquiries require both your credit union account number and access code. If you believe your Personal Access Code has been compromised, you can change it yourself using MetroTeller or contact us for assistance.

Apply for MetroTeller today by filling out the brief application, signing it, and returning it to the credit union. You can fax it, mail it or drop it off at any of our offices.
